研究目的：

确认咪唑立宾（MZR）对被明确诊断为IgA肾病蛋白尿型，现在处于初治或维持期或复发患者,观察尿蛋白减少、复发次数、激素减量效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect and safety of mizoribine to treat the IgA nephropathy proteinuria in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

C9H13N3O6 本品为白色、微带黄白色的结晶性粉末，无臭。在水或二甲亚砜中易溶，在甲醇、乙醇、乙醚或氯仿中几乎不溶。本品1.0 g溶于100 mL的水中，pH为3.5-4.5。熔点约198°C（分解）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

C9H13N3O6 White or yellow-white crystalline odorless powder. It is in soluble In water or dimethyl sulfoxide, it is insoluble in methanol, ethanol, almostin ether or chloroform. 1.0 g of it is dissolved in 100 mL of water, pH is 3.5-4.5. Melting point is about 198 degree C (decomposition). 

纳入标准：

被明确诊断IgA肾病蛋白尿型，现在处于初治或维持期或复发患者

Inclusion criteria

IgAN in children

排除标准：

①肾功能低下患者（肌酐清除率在40ml/min以下者。肌酐清除率未测定时，血清肌酐在140μmol/L（1.5mg/dL）以上者）
②　环孢素长期使用，希望环孢素减量、中止的病例或环孢素肾病（CsA肾病）的病例
③对咪唑立宾既往有严重过敏的患者
④白细胞数在3,000/ mm3以下的患者
⑤有肝?肾?造血系统严重合并症的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance rate <40ml/min or the serum creatinine >140umol/L (1.5mg/dL);
2. long-term use of cyclosporine;
3. patients who are allergic to mizoribine seriously;
4. the white blood cell count <3,000/mm3;
5. serious complications of liver, kidney or blood system.
