研究目的：

验证上海形状记忆合金材料有限公司生产的新型纳米膜单铆室间隔缺损封堵器的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the safety and effiacy of the new type of nano-membrane single riveted ventricular septal defect occluder produced by Shanghai Shape Memory Alloy Co., Ltd.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄≥6个月、≤60周岁，体重大于5kg，男性或未怀孕妇女；
2）有血流动力学异常或左心内径增大的膜部室间隔缺损；
3）室间隔缺损（VSD）最窄处≥ 3mm，≤12mm；
4）室间隔缺损上缘距主动脉右冠瓣≥2mm，距三尖瓣隔瓣≥2mm，无主动脉右冠瓣脱入室间隔缺损及主动脉瓣反流；
5）超声在大血管短轴五腔心切面9～12点位置；
6) 能够理解试验目的，自愿参加试验并签署《知情同意书》。
7）患者愿意进行定期的随访评价；

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 1 to 60 years old, weight more than 5 kg, male or non-pregnant women;
2) Membranous ventricular septal defect with hemodynamic abnormalities or increased left ventricular diamete
3) The narrowest part of ventricular septal defect (VSD) ≥ 3mm, ≤ 12mm;
4) The upper margin of the ventricular septal defect is ≥2mm from the right aortic valve and ≥2mm from the tricuspid septal valve. There is no aortic right coronary valve detachment into the ventricular septal defect and aortic valve reflux
5) Ultrasound at 9-12 o'clock on the short-axis five-chamber view of the large vessel;
6) Understand the purpose of the trial, volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the "Informed Consent form".
7) The patient is willing to carry out regular follow-up evaluation;

排除标准：

1）不可逆的肺血管疾病；严重肺动脉高压导致右向左分流的患者；
2）有出血性疾病或已知凝血功能障碍（包括肝素导致血小板减少症）,有抗血小板治疗的禁忌症，或会拒绝输血；
3) 败血症或封堵术前1 个月内患有严重感染；
4）封堵器安置处有血栓存在，导管插入处静脉血栓形成的患者；
5) 依赖膜部室间隔缺损（VSD）生存的心脏畸形者；
6）研究者认为不适宜采用本产品治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Irreversible pulmonary vascular disease;Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension leading to right-to-left shunt;
2. Bleeding disorders or known clotting disorders (including heparin-induced thrombocytopenia),contraindications to antiplatelet therapy, or rejection of transfusions;
3. Sepsis or severe infection within 1 month prior to occlusion;
4. Patients with thrombosis at the occluder placement and venous thrombosis at the catheter insertion site; 5. Cardiac malformation dependent on ventricular septal defect (VSD);
6. Not suitable for treatment with this product.
