研究目的：

通过对非活动性HBV携带者进行PEG-IFN α治疗的前瞻性优效性随机对照研究，确定PEG-IFNα治疗非活动性HBV携带者获得HBsAg清除及血清转换的疗效，为非活动性HBV携带者的治疗提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the prospective and effective randomized controlled study of PEG-IFN α treatment for inactive HBV carriers, we determined the efficacy of PEG-IFN α in the treatment of inactive HBV carriers to get HBsAg clearance and serum conversion, and provided evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of inactive HBV carriers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）HBsAg阳性＞6个月，且HBsAg＜1500IU/ml。
2）HBeAg阴性，抗-HBe阳性，抗-HBc阳性。
3）HBV DNA＜2000IU/ml。
4）ALT、AST正常（曾1年内随访3次以上，每次至少间隔3个月）。
5）TBIL<25μmol，ALB>40g/L，INR 0.8-1.2。
6）WBC (4-10)×109/L，PLT(100-300)×109/L。
7）肝弹性检测LSM<6.4kPa或行肝穿病理检查G＜2，S＜2。
8）近1年没有抗病毒治疗。
9）年龄18-60岁。
10）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. HBsAg positive > 6 months, and HBsAg < 1500 IU/ml;
2. HBeAg negative, anti HBE positive, anti HBC positive;
3. HBV DNA<2000IU/ml;
4. ALT and AST were normal (they were followed up for more than 3 times in one year, with an interval of at least 3 months);
5. TBIL<25umolALB>40g/LINR 0.8-1.2;
6. WBC (4-10)x10^9/LPLT(100-300)x10^9/L;
7. LSM < 6.4kpa or G < 2, s < 2;
8. There was no antiviral treatment in the past year;
9. Aged 18-60 years;
10. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1）除外其它肝病（包括合并HCV/HDV/HIV等病毒感染，合并自身免疫性肝病，代谢性肝病，酒精性肝病，肝硬化，肝脏或其它系统肿瘤等）。
2）有不适宜干扰素治疗的情况（包括但不限于有自身免疫性疾病、甲状腺功能异常、情绪异常、近两年有生育要求等）。
3）研究者认为应该排除的其它事件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other liver diseases (including HCV / HDV / HIV infection, autoimmune liver disease, metabolic liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, cirrhosis, liver or other system tumors, etc.);
2. It is not suitable for interferon treatment (including but not limited to autoimmune diseases, thyroid dysfunction, emotional disorders, having fertility requirements in recent two years, etc.);
3. Other events that the researchers believe should be excluded.
