Comparison of the Effects of Dexmedetomidine-Ketamine and Sevoflurane-sufentanil Anesthesia on children with obstructive sleep apnea after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty

纳入标准：

2岁和12岁之间有打鼾或睡眠呼吸紊乱史的儿童纳入研究

Inclusion criteria

Children between the ages of 2 and 12 years with a history of snoring or sleep-disordered breathing were eligible for inclusion in the study.

排除标准：

身体质量指数超过年龄95%以上，ASA分级III或以上，合并有呼吸道感染，心血管，肝，肾功能不全，凝血功能障碍，特别是血小板减少症者

Exclusion criteria：

a body mass index more than the 95th percentile for age, ASA classification III or more，Respiratory tract infections, cardiovascular, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders, in particular, thrombocytopenia
