研究目的：

把通过系统评价（META分析）初步筛选出的三种早期高原肺水肿药物治疗方案随机用于早期高原肺水肿患者的治疗，以期筛选出最优化治疗方案，评价其实际临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Drug treatment programs through systematic reviews (META analysis) initial screening of the three early high altitude pulmonary edema were used for the early treatment of patients with high pristine altitude pulmonary edema, in order to filter out the optimal treatment program, to evaluate the actual clinical application effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

氨茶碱、地塞米松和硝苯地平 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Aminophylline, dexamethasone, and nifedipine 

纳入标准：

①年龄18~60岁；
②达到早期HAPE协定诊断标准的患者；
③患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①18 to 60 years of age;②Patient of achieved the diagnostic criteria of early HAPE Agreement; ③Patients signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①有严重心、脑、肝、肾等其他严重疾病；
②符合1995年中华高原医学会HAPE诊断标准；
③有精神、神经系统疾病；
④晚期肿瘤；
⑤ 妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
⑥依从性差，难以完成治疗者；
⑦严重的免疫功能缺陷者；
⑧滥用药物或毒品者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other serious diseases;
Diagnostic criteria for 1995 China High Altitude Medicine HAPE;
Patient of mental, nervous system diseases;
Advanced tumors;
Pregnancy, breast-feeding women;
Poor compliance patient that is difficult to complete the treatment;
Severe immune function defect;
Drug and(or) narcotics abuse.
