对在本院进行过二代测序检测的患者的检测数据进行统计，进行大数据分析，得出与我院患者白血病患者诊断、预后评估、靶向治疗和疗效监测相关的有效分子指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Statistical analysis of the test data of patients who have undergone second-generation sequencing testing in our hospital, and big data analysis to obtain effective molecular indicators related to the diagnosis, prognosis assessment, targeted therapy and efficacy monitoring of leukemia patients in our hospital.
