研究目的：

分析PIVKA-II 在不同病理类型肝癌中的诊断价值，建立和验证相关诊断模型的诊断价值。分析PIVKA-II对肝细胞癌生物学性状的调控作用，探索其对肝癌发生发展的作用和相关分子机制  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the diagnostic value of PIVKA-II in different pathological types of liver cancer, and to establish and verify the diagnostic value of related diagnostic models.To analyze the regulatory effect of PIVKA-II on the biological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma, and to explore its effect on the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma and related molecular mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）成人受试者（18-80岁）；
（2）明确诊断为肝癌；
（3）临床可提供血浆样本超过3ml。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Adult subjects (18-80 years old);
(2) A clear diagnosis of liver cancer;
(3) clinically available plasma samples exceeding 3ml.

排除标准：

（1）实验室检测信息缺失的研究对象；
（2）临床及病史关键信息缺失的研究对象；
（3）严重溶血、微生物污染或者黄疸样本；
（4）不符合样本采集或者处理要求的样本；
（5）研究者从医学角度考虑有必要终止试验的研究对象。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Research subjects with missing laboratory test information;
(2) Research subjects with missing key information in clinical and medical history;
(3) Samples of severe hemolysis, microbial contamination, or jaundice;
(4) Samples that do not meet the requirements for sample collection or processing;
(5) The researcher considers the research subjects who need to terminate the trial from a medical perspective.
