项目将以物质依赖为切入点，采取临床研究与动物模型相结合的策略，从临床、认知心理、脑影像学、外周分子多维度研发物质依赖易感人群筛查、客观诊断与复发预警指标  

Objectives of Study：

The project will take the material dependence as the starting point, adopt the strategy of combining clinical research and animal model, and develop the material dependence, behavior addiction susceptible population screening, objective diagnosis and recurrence early warning indicators from the clinical, cognitive psychology, brain imaging, peripheral molecular multi-dimensional

纳入标准：

1.物质相关障碍临床资料共享数据库及临床资料采集与管理
2.物质相关障碍者生物样本库及生物样本采集及管理SOP
3 物质相关障碍者影像学研究资料数据库及影像学数据采集与分析SOP

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical data sharing database and clinical data collection and management of material related disorders; 2. SOP for collection and management of biological sample bank and biological sample of material related obstacles; 3. SOP for imaging research data base and imaging data collection and analysis of material related disorders.

排除标准：

目前其他物质成瘾（烟草除外）；重大精神疾病及躯体疾病；精神障碍家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

Other substance addiction (except tobacco) at present; major mental and physical diseases; family history of mental disorders.
