研究目的：

本研究通过基因芯片检测有长期规律运动和无长期规律运动的受试者循环外泌体miRNA的表达谱，旨在筛选运动后差异表达的循环外泌体miRNA，并探索其下游靶基因，与各种疾病已知的miRNA进行比较，揭示运动的作用机制，使循环外泌体miRNA能成为慢性疾病未来的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to screen the differentially expressed circulating exocrine miRNA after exercise and explore its downstream target genes, and compared with the known miRNAs of various diseases, it reveals the mechanism of action of exercise, so that the circulating exocrine miRNAs can become the therapeutic target of chronic diseases in the future.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 长期规律性运动受试者的纳入标准：年龄≥18周岁；能适应环境，处事乐观积极，自我满意或自我评价好；日常生活活动能力正常，生活自理或基本自理；没有明显的行为或语言障碍；长期规律性运动5年以上，每周锻炼8~14小时，每次锻炼30~90分钟；
2. 长期不运动受试者的纳入标准：年龄≥18周岁；能适应环境，处事乐观积极，自我满意或自我评价好；日常生活活动能力正常，生活自理或基本自理；没有明显的行为或语言障碍；5年以上无规律性体育锻炼，包括传统运动、慢跑、瑜伽、冥想、快步走等运动。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for long-term regular exercise subjects: aged >=18 years; able to adapt to the environment, optimistic and positive, self-satisfactory or self-evaluation; normal daily life activities, normal or basic self-care; no obvious behavior or language barriers; long-term regular exercise for more than 5 years, exercise 8-14 hours per week, 30-90 minutes each exercise;
2. Inclusion criteria for long-term non-exercise subjects: aged >= 18 years old; able to adapt to the environment, optimistic and positive, self-satisfactory or self-evaluation; normal daily life activities, self-care or basic self-care; no obvious behavior or language barriers; more than 5 years of irregular physical exercise, including traditional sports, jogging, yoga, meditation, brisk walking and other sports.

排除标准：

1. BMI＞30或者患有2型糖尿病；
2. 曾经发生过抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症或其他精神相关的疾病；
3. 近两周内服用过神经抑制类药物、抗抑郁类药物、镇静类药物或抗精神分裂症药物；
4. 有酒精、药物滥用史；
5. 无法控制血压（服药后收缩压（高压）大于160mmHg或舒张压（低压）大于100mmHg）；
6. 有严重的心脑血管、肿瘤等重大疾病。
凡具备上述任一条件者，均排除出该研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI> 30 or Type 2 diabetes;
2. Depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, or other mental illnesses have occurred;
3. Take neurosuppressive drugs, antidepressant drugs, sedative drugs or anti-schizophrenic drugs in the past two weeks;
4. Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse;
5. Uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure (high pressure) greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (low pressure) greater than 100mmHg after taking the drug);
6. There are serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, tumor and other major diseases.
Those who meet any of the above conditions are excluded from the study.
