研究目的：

1、通过检测两组患者术前术后与乳腺癌复发和转移密切相关的血清因子：血管内皮生长因子C（VEGF-C）、转化生长因子β（TGF-β）、NK细胞和应激相关C反应蛋白浓度的变化来评估其降低乳腺癌患者肿瘤复发和转移相关血清因子浓度的有效性；2、通过观察比较两组患者术中生命体征的变化、术后疼痛评分、不良反应的发生率等来评估单纯超声引导下胸壁神经阻滞在乳腺癌手术中的应用价值，以期为临床推广更为安全、获益更高的麻醉方法奠定依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By detecting serum factors that are closely related to breast cancer recurrence and metastasis before and after surgery in both groups: blood vessels Endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C), transforming growth factor β (TGF-β), NK cells, and stress-related C-reactive protein concentrations were evaluated to assess their effectiveness in reducing serum factor concentrations associated with breast cancer recurrence and metastasis ; 2. By comparing the changes in vital signs during operation, postoperative pain scores, and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients to evaluate the application value of ultrasound-guided chest wall nerve block in breast cancer surgery, with a view to clinical promotion The basis for safer and more profitable anesthesia methods.

纳入标准：

单侧乳腺癌手术的女性病人，年龄18-65岁，ASA分级为1-3级

Inclusion criteria

Women with unilateral breast cancer surgery, age 18-65, ASA 1-3

排除标准：

严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍者，凝血功能异常者，神经阻滞部位皮肤感染溃烂者，糖尿病患者，神经系统疾病患者等

Exclusion criteria：

Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, skin infection and ulceration at nerve block site, diabetes mellitus, nervous system disease, etc
