研究目的：

这个研究的目的是研发一款基于自动语音采集和可穿戴设备获得的运动感应信息分析的帕金森病运动症状快速诊断系统，帮助神经科运动障碍专家快速掌握患者运动症状的变化并且提供更高质量的医疗咨询。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to train and born an assistant fast diagnosis machine for Parkinsons disease, which is designed to obtain and auto-analysis speech and movement sensitive data extramural hospital to help movement specialist managing Parkinson’s disease patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

50岁以上诊断为帕金森病的男性和女性。诊断帕金森病一年以上。受试者需要至少具备一下特点：静止性震颤，少动，强直（必须加上少动或者静止性震颤之一）；或者兼有非对称性的静止性震颤和非对称的少动之一。多巴治疗有效。在评估的时候受试者的症状是改良Hoehn and Yahr I～IV，能够胜任研究所需要的活动（包括各种步行任务），愿意参与和完成研究，中文流利，有书写能力，文化能力能够接受受试者的测试。

Inclusion criteria

9. Male or female age 50 years or older at time of PD diagnosisA diagnosis of Parkinson disease for 1 year or more，Subjects must have at least two of the following: resting tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity (must have either resting tremor or bradykinesia as one of two symptoms); OR either asymmetric resting tremor or asymmetric bradykinesia. Dopamine treatment effective，Modified Hoehn and Yahr stage I～IV at screening, Able to give written informed consent, as determined by the investigator. Able to perform all study activities (including walking tasks and timed up and go)，Willingness and ability to comply with study requirements.

排除标准：

诊断为不典型的帕金森综合征，药物诱导的帕金森综合征，特发性震颤。有帕金森病以外的中枢神经系统疾病；反复的头部外伤病史；癫痫病史除非是儿童时期的高热惊厥。MRI/CT确定有重要的脑部病灶。测试者认为影响评价的准确性和安全性的合并症，条件，药物，或者实验室异常。包括神经系统，骨科疾病或者心血管系统的疾病。药物滥用，酗酒和营养不良。鼻子，口部和咽喉疾病，可以影响声音质量。

Exclusion criteria：

7. A diagnosis of atypical parkinsonism, drug-induced parkinsonism, essential tremor, primary dystonia or other diagnoses that explain symptoms other than PD. A diagnosis of a significant CNS disease other than PD; history of repeated head injury; history of epilepsy or seizure disorder other than febrile seizures as a child that would interfere with ability to perform study assessments. History of a brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI/CT) scan indicative of clinically significant abnormality as determined by the investigator. Concomitant disease, condition, medication, or laboratory abnormality that, in the opinion of the investigator, could interfere with study conduct or analysis, or pose an unacceptable risk to the participant. This could include neurologic, orthopedic or cardiovascular diseases. Drug abuse, excessive drinking or malnutrition. Nose, mouth or throat disease influence voice quality.
