研究目的：

1.研究妊娠期糖尿病患者皮质醇变化与胎盘部位表达的调节机制，为进一步明确糖皮质激素和生长发育的关系。 2.妊娠期糖尿病胰岛素抵抗时，孕妇肌肉组织和脂肪组织中葡萄糖转运系统的跨转运变化，为妊娠期糖尿病的发病提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1.We aimed to investigate placental 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases (11β-HSDs) expression, and analyze their relationship with maternal and fetal cortisol levels. 2.To investigate the expression of key components of insulin signaling and glucose transporters in the skeletal muscle from pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).

纳入标准：

妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）是指妊娠期间首次发现的糖代谢异常。选择重庆医科大学附属第二医院产科28-32周产检孕妇，OGTT试验，两项及以上异常者。空腹血浆血糖≥5.6mmol/L，OGTT 1小时后血浆血糖≥10.3mmol/L，OGTT 2小时后血浆血糖≥8.6mmol/L,OGTT 3小时后血浆血糖≥6.7mmol/

Inclusion criteria

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is defined as a carbohydrate intolerance of varying degrees of severity with onset or first recognition during pregnancy. All pregnant women were from Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University routinely screened for GDM at 26-32 weeks of gestation. GDM is diagnosed according to the criteria of the Chinese Diabetes in Pregnancy Society after a 75g oral glucose load (OGTT)and is defined as fasting plasma glucose levels higher than 5.6 mmol/L or plasma glucose levels higher than 10.3 mmol/L, 8.6 mmol/L, and 6.7 mmol/L 1-h, 2-h, and 3-h after OGTT, respectively.

排除标准：

既往糖尿病病史，母亲高血压病史，哮喘，多囊卵巢综合症，先兆子痫，肝肾疾病，妊娠期使用糖皮质激素治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

previously-diagnosed diabetes, maternal hypertension, asthma, polycystic ovaries，preeclampsia, liver diseases, kidney diseases and use of glucocorticoids during pregnancy
