研究目的：

1.评价金莲清热泡腾片治疗手足口病普通型（邪犯肺脾证）的有效性，包括探索缩短热程、改善中医证候等作用。 2.观察金莲清热泡腾片临床应用的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explorer the efficacy of Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets in Pediatric Patients With hand-foot and mouth disease (Evil Committed Feipi Card syndrome of TCM), including shorten the course of disease, ameliorate the syndrome of TCM; 2. Evaluate the safety of Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets in Pediatric Patients With hand-foot and mouth disease (Evil Committed Feipi Card syndrome of TCM).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

金莲花、大青叶、石膏、知母、地黄、玄参、苦杏仁（炒） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The nasturtium, folium lsatidis, gypsum , Anemarrhena , radix rehmanniae , Scrophulariaceae , bitter almond (fried) 

纳入标准：

1.符合手足口病普通型诊断标准；
2.中医辨证为邪犯肺脾证；
3.发病前24小时内最高腋温≥37.3℃且＜38.6℃；
4.病程≤24小时；
5.年龄3岁～6岁（＜7岁）；
6.发病后未使用过对本病有影响的药物（如抗生素、抗病毒类）或其它治疗手段者；
7.知情同意，法定代理人自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subject who has a clinical diagnosis of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD);
2. Subject who has a Evil Committed Feipi Card syndrome differentiation of TCM;
3. Subjects' highest axillary temperature was between 37.3 and 38.6 degree C within 24 hours before onset
4. the course of disease <=24 hours;
5. subjects 3 years ~6 years of age (< 7 years);
6. interventions(such as antibiotics, antiviral class)or other treatments have not been used after the onset
7. The subjects' legal guardian must be aware of this trail,and voluntarily participate in the study and signed Informed Consent Form.

排除标准：

1.疑似手足口病重症患者（具有神经系统受累、抽搐、昏迷或脑疝等重症及危重表现）和水痘、疱疹性咽峡炎、不典型麻疹、幼儿急疹、带状疱疹以及风疹、丘疹性荨麻疹患者；
2.素体脾胃虚寒，易腹泻者；
3.血糖增高者；
4.ALT、AST≥1.5倍ULN者；
5.严重营养不良、佝偻病患者及合并心、脑、肺、肝、肾及造血等系统严重原发性疾病，以及精神病患者；
6.过敏性体质（对2类以上物质过敏者），或对试验药物组成成分过敏者；
7.根据医生判断，容易造成失访者；
8.近1周内参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A suspected hand, foot and mouth disease in patients with severe (with a nervous system involvement, convulsions, coma, or herniation, severe and critical performance) and chicken pox, herpes angina, atypical measles, children acute rash of herpes zoster, and rubella, papulesurticaria patients;
subjects who have stomach Deficiency, or easy to diarrhea;
2. hyperglycemia;
3. ALT and AST >= 1.5 times ULN;
4. subjects with severe malnutrition, severe primary disease of rickets patients and combined heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic and other systems, and the mentally ill;
5. Allergic constitution (more than two classes of material allergy), or composition of the test drug allergy
6. Any condition that in the opinion of the investigator, may interfere with the evaluation of study objectives
7. Participate in other clinical trials in the latest week.
