研究目的：

探索循环因子可能在PCOS的发病机理中发挥的作用,为PCOS的治疗提供新的思路及研究方向。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploreing the possible role of circulating factors in the pathogenesis of PCOS, and providing new ideas and research directions for the treatment of PCOS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

多囊卵巢综合征病人，诊断标准均参照2003年鹿特丹ESHRE/ASRM推荐的PCOS诊断标准,符合以下三个标准中的两个标准即可：
1.存在临床或生化高雄激素血症；
2）稀发排卵或无排卵；
3）超声检查发现多囊卵巢, 排除其他其他相关疾病。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis criteria of PCOS in PCOS patients refer to those recommended by ESHRE / ASRM in Rotterdam in 2003, which can meet two of the following three criteria:
1. Clinical or biochemical hyperandrogenemia;
2. Anovulation or anovulation;
3. The polycystic ovary was found by ultrasonography, and other related diseases were excluded.

排除标准：

年龄>40岁，BMI>35kg/m2，
心血管疾病、
甲状腺疾病肿瘤、
吸烟、
糖尿病、
高血压、
肝肾功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with age > 40 and BMI > 35kg / m2;
2. Patients with cardiovascular diseases;
3. Patients with thyroid disease and tumor;
4. Smoker;
5. Diabetic patients;
6. Patients with hypertension
7. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
