研究目的：

本研究旨在利用人工智能（AI）多模态系统（整合图像、纹理及面积特征）对葡萄酒色斑治疗前后进行客观量化（包括葡萄酒色斑面积减小、颜色消退、皮肤光滑度改善），并基于该量化结果评价不同治疗方法的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to adopt an artificial intelligence (AI) multimodal system integrating image, texture and area features to objectively quantify port-wine stains before and after treatment, including the reduction in lesion area, fading of pigmentation and improvement in skin smoothness, and to evaluate the efficacy differences among various therapeutic approaches based on the quantification outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断符合葡萄酒色斑的患者； 2.接受>=1次治疗（包括1次）； 3.年龄不限，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with a clinical diagnosis consistent with port-wine stain; 2.Received >=1 treatment (including one treatment); 3.No age or gender restrictions.

排除标准：

1.诊断信息及基础信息信息缺失不全；
2.治疗前后图像资料缺失不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Missing diagnostic information and basic information;
2.Pre-treatment and post-treatment imaging data are incomplete and partially missing.
