研究目的：

发展深度龈沟液（宏）蛋白质组质谱分析新方法，构建新宏蛋白质组检索数据库，揭示微生态变化并筛选新型龋病诊断候选蛋白标志物，从而在病理变化早期进行干预，起到龋病的有效防控。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop novel mass spectrometry-based (meta)proteomic analytical methods for deep gingival crevicular fluid, construct a new metaproteomic search database, reveal microbial ecological shifts, and screen novel candidate protein biomarkers for the diagnosis of dental caries, thereby enabling early intervention at the stage of pathological changes and achieving effective prevention and control of caries.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在3-14周岁； 2. 牙齿无釉质发育不全或其他硬组织病损； 3. 无唾液腺相关疾病； 4. 无全身系统性疾病，3个月内无药物治疗史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 3 to 14 years; 2. No enamel hypoplasia or other hard tissue defects of the teeth; 3. No salivary gland-related diseases; 4. No systemic diseases and no history of medication within the past 3 months.

排除标准：

1. 牙龈病、牙周病、口腔黏膜病； 2. 神经系统异常史； 3. 正畸治疗史、颌面部创伤及手术史； 4. 不配合采样。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of gingival diseases, periodontal diseases, or oral mucosal diseases; 2. History of neurological abnormalities; 3. History of orthodontic treatment, maxillofacial trauma, or surgery; 4. Inability to cooperate with sample collection.
