纳入标准：

我院内分泌门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者

Inclusion criteria

Type 2 diabetes patients on the diabetic clinic of our hospital

排除标准：

2型糖尿病住院患者；既往行眼底检查的患者；已知眼科疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) hospitalized type 2 diabetes patients; (2) patients undertook diabetic retinopathy screening; (3 ) patients with known ophthalmic disease
