研究目的：

本研究旨在系统调查上海地区大学生偏头痛的患病现状、发作特征及诱发因素，并基于“知识-态度-实践”（Knowledge-Attitude-Practice, KAP）理论框架，全面评估该人群对偏头痛的认知水平、健康态度及日常防治实践行为，进而深入分析影响偏头痛知信行水平的相关人口学、生活方式及健康状况因素，并初步探究其与健康结局之间的内在关联，以明确当前高校偏头痛防控工作中的薄弱环节。基于研究结果，为高校制定针对性的偏头痛科普宣教策略、身心干预措施及健康促进方案提供科学依据与实证支撑，帮助大学生树立正确的防治观念，优化头痛自我管理行为，降低偏头痛对学业表现与身心健康的负面影响，最终提升青年群体的整体健康水平。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically investigate the prevalence, attack characteristics, and triggering factors of migraine among university students in Shanghai. Based on the "Knowledge-Attitude-Practice" (KAP) theoretical framework, we comprehensively evaluate this population's level of migraine-related knowledge, health attitudes, and daily preventive practice behaviors. Furthermore, we conduct an in-depth analysis of demographic, lifestyle, and health-related factors influencing migraine KAP levels, and preliminarily explore their intrinsic associations with health outcomes, so as to identify the weak links in current migraine prevention and control efforts on university campuses. Based on the research findings, to provide scientific evidence and empirical support for universities to develop targeted migraine education strategies, psychosocial interventions, and health promotion programs. This will help university students establish correct prevention and treatment concepts, optimize headache self-management behaviors, reduce the negative impact of migraine on academic performance and physical and mental health, and ultimately improve the overall health level of the young adult population.

纳入标准：

1. 上海市高校全日制在读大学生； 2. 年龄 18 周岁及以上，自愿参与本项调查，并能独立完成问卷填写。

Inclusion criteria

1. Full-time students at a university or college in Shanghai; 2. Participants aged 18 years and older, who voluntarily agree to participate in this survey, and are able to complete the questionnaire independently.

排除标准：

合并严重器质性疾病、精神类疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

Have serious physical or mental illnesses.
