研究目的：

本研究旨在调查社区老年人肌少症相关知识掌握程度、健康态度与日常行为现状。通过横断面问卷调查，了解辖区老年人群对肌少症的认知短板与行为误区，分析相关影响因素。研究所得数据可为社区开展针对性健康宣教、优化老年肌肉健康管理方案提供实证依据，助力基层完善老年衰弱防控体系，降低肌少症所致健康负担，对提升社区老年人群健康水平具有现实意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate how much older adults in the community know about sarcopenia, their health attitudes, and their daily habits. Through a cross-sectional questionnaire survey, we looked at the knowledge gaps and behavioral misconceptions regarding sarcopenia among the elderly in the area, and analyzed related influencing factors. The data from this study can provide evidence for communities to carry out targeted health education, improve muscle health management plans for older adults, help grassroots efforts in preventing frailty, reduce the health burden caused by sarcopenia, and ultimately contribute to improving the health level of the elderly in the community.

纳入标准：

65岁及以上的老年人群

Inclusion criteria

Seniors aged 65 and older.

排除标准：

1.失语、谵妄或因严重认知功能障碍无法沟通； 2. 智力障碍或精神疾病导致无法正常交流； 3. 不稳定的医疗状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from aphasia, delirium, or severe cognitive impairment that impairs communication; 2. Intellectual disability or psychiatric disorders resulting in inability to communicate normally; 3. Unstable medical conditions.
