研究目的：

本研究旨在了解上海市第二康复医院及区域医疗机构医务人员对医学科研诚信与医学研究伦理相关规范的认知水平、态度倾向、实践行为及培训需求，分析不同岗位类别、职称、学历、工作年限、科研经历及伦理培训经历人员在科研诚信与医学伦理知信行方面的差异，识别医学科研诚信建设、伦理审查管理、知情同意、数据管理、论文署名、医企合作风险防控及培训体系建设中的薄弱环节，为后续优化医院及区域医疗机构科研管理流程、完善科研诚信与医学研究伦理培训体系、提升医学研究规范化水平提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the knowledge, attitudes, practices, institutional support, risk perception, and training needs related to medical research integrity and medical research ethics among healthcare professionals at Shanghai Second Rehabilitation Hospital and regional medical institutions. The study will analyze differences across professional roles, academic titles, educational backgrounds, years of work experience, research experience, and prior ethics training, identify gaps in research integrity, ethics review, informed consent, data management, authorship norms, industry–hospital collaboration risk management, and training systems, and provide evidence for improving research management procedures and ethics training programs.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁；
2.上海市第二康复医院或区域医疗机构在职工作人员；
3.岗位包括医师、护士、康复治疗师/技师、药师、检验/影像等医技人员、科研教学管理人员及其他相关工作人员；
4.能够理解问卷内容并独立完成线上填写；
5.自愿参加本研究，并在问卷首页选择“同意，继续填写”；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Healthcare professionals or staff members working at Shanghai Second Rehabilitation Hospital or regional medical institutions; 3.Including physicians, nurses, rehabilitation therapists/technicians, pharmacists, laboratory/radiology technicians, research/teaching/administrative staff, and other relevant personnel; 4.Able to understand the questionnaire and complete it independently online; 5.Voluntarily agree to participate and select "Agree, continue" on the questionnaire consent page;

排除标准：

1.不同意参加本研究者；
2.无法独立理解或完成问卷填写者；
3.重复提交问卷者；
4.关键题项大量缺失、填写时间明显异常或作答逻辑明显不一致者；

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用线上问卷星平台进行数据采集。研究对象在阅读知情说明并自愿选择“同意，继续填写”后进入问卷。问卷内容包括身份核验信息、基本信息、科研诚信与医学研究伦理知识测试、态度认同、实践行为、机构支持与培训需求及情景判断题。姓名、工号和部门仅用于身份核验、避免重复填写及小礼品发放，科研分析前将与正式分析数据分离，并进行匿名化、编码化处理。电子数据由研究团队统一导出并保存在加密电脑或加密存储介质中，仅限研究负责人及授权研究人员访问。研究结果仅以汇总形式呈现，不用于个人绩效评价、考核、排名或奖惩。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected through an online questionnaire platform. Participants will enter the questionnaire only after reading the informed consent information and voluntarily selecting “Agree, continue.” The questionnaire includes identity verification information, demographic and professional characteristics, knowledge of medical research integrity and ethics, attitudes, research practice behaviors, institutional support, training needs, and scenario-based judgment items. Names, employee numbers, and departments will only be used for identity verification, prevention of duplicate submissions, and distribution of small gifts. Before statistical analysis, directly identifiable information will be separated from the research dataset, and the data will be anonymized and coded. Electronic data will be exported and stored on a password-protected computer or encrypted storage device, accessible only to the principal investigator and authorized research staff. Results will be reported only in aggregated form and will not be used for individual performance evaluation, ranking, assessment, or rewards and penalties.
