研究目的：

探索PSMA对腺样囊性癌靶区勾画的指导作用，探索PSMA对腺样囊性癌放射治疗的疗效评价与预后分析中的作用，形成对MRI的有效补充，进而建立PSMA指导腺样囊性癌靶区勾画的规范。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the guiding role of PSMA in the delineation of the target area of adenoid cystic carcinoma, to explore the role of PSMA in the efficacy evaluation and prognosis analysis of radiotherapy for adenoid cystic carcinoma, to form an effective supplement to MRI, and to establish the norms for PSMA to guide the delineation of the target area of adenoid cystic carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意书；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.有能力依从方案；
4.经病理证实的腺样囊腺癌患者；
5.PET/CT检查期间能够配合，顺利完成检查流程者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Sign the informed consent form;
2.Age ≥ 18 years old;
3.People with the ability to comply with the plan;
4.Patients with pathologically confirmed adenoid cystic carcinoma;
5.Those who can cooperate and successfully complete the examination process during PET/CT examination;

排除标准：

1.既往有其它头颈恶性肿瘤病史者（甲状腺癌除外）；
2.曾接受过头颈部放化疗者；
3.不签署知情同意书者；
4.不能接受PET/CT检查的患者；
5.中途退出临床研究者；
6.育龄期女性妊娠试验阳性；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with previous history of other head and neck malignancies (except thyroid cancer);
2.Those who have undergone radiotherapy and chemotherapy for the head and neck region;
3.Not sign the informed consent form;
4.Patients who fail to complete PET/CT examinations;
5.Clinical researcher who withdrew midway;
6.Woman of childbearing age has a positive pregnancy test;
