研究目的：

初步构建由心流理论指导的基于严肃游戏的肩袖修补术后上肢康复机器人的康复训练方案，并验证其辅助康复训练的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

A rehabilitation training program based on serious games and guided by the flow theory was initially constructed for upper limb rehabilitation after rotator cuff repair, and its effectiveness in assisting rehabilitation training was verified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断符合美国骨科医师协会于2019年最新发布的《肩袖损伤的处理临床实践指南》中肩袖损伤的诊断标准；
2.因肩袖撕裂初次行肩关节镜下肩袖修补术；
3.年龄≥18岁，术后≥7天；
4.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria for rotator cuff injury as stipulated in the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Management of Rotator Cuff Injuries" released by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2019;
2.The patient underwent primary arthroscopic rotator cuff repair due to rotator cuff tear;
3.the patient is at least 18 years old; at least 7 days after the surgery;
4.The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在认知障碍或精神疾病，无法进行正常沟通交流；
2.合并严重心、脑、肾、肺等器官功能障碍或其他可能影响康复锻炼的疾病；
3.患肢皮肤完整性破坏；合并肩关节脱位、骨折等不稳定情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have cognitive impairments or mental disorders, making it impossible to communicate normally; 2.Have severe functional impairments in organs such as the heart, brain, kidneys, and lungs, or other diseases that may affect rehabilitation exercises; 3.The skin integrity of the affected limb is damaged;Complicated with unstable conditions such as shoulder dislocation or fractures.
