研究目的：

研究旨在前瞻性构建胃癌围手术期的数据库，分析胃癌术后并发症的发生率、分类及转归预后情况，并在全国范围内推广并发症的规范化登记，为进一步提高手术安全性、预防腹腔感染发生、降低术后并发症提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to establish a prospective database on the perioperative management of gastric cancer, analyze the incidence, classification, and prognosis of postoperative complications, and promote the standardized recording of complications nationwide. This will provide a basis for further improving surgical safety, preventing intra-abdominal infections, and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（１）经术前常规检查及病理学活组织检查明确诊断为胃癌。 （２）符合手术适应证并拟行胃局部或全胃切除术的胃癌患者。 （３）年龄＞18岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) A definitive diagnosis of gastric cancer based on routine preoperative examinations and pathological biopsy. (2) Patients with gastric cancer who meet the surgical indications and are scheduled to undergo partial or total gastrectomy. (3) Age > 18 years.

排除标准：

（１）计划行单纯腹腔镜探查或腹腔热灌注化疗等无胃肠道吻合手术的胃癌患者。 （２）计划行单纯内镜手术。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with gastric cancer scheduled to undergo procedures without gastrointestinal anastomosis, such as simple laparoscopic exploration or intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy. (2) Patients scheduled to undergo simple endoscopic procedures.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用完全电子化的数据采集与管理模式，确保数据质量与可溯源性 （1）数据采集与录入：所有病例数据均通过预先设计好的电子病例报告表（e-CRF） 在线系统进行采集。该系统设计为勾选式表单，在患者入院时、手术结束后、出院前三个固定时点由研究人员单次录入。 （2）质量控制：e-CRF系统内置逻辑核查与必填项验证功能，从源头减少错误。研究协调中心对数据进行定期抽查，并与源文件核对，发现问题后及时返回中心修正。 （3）数据库建立与清洗：所有数据实时传输至中央安全数据库。在数据分析前，进行系统的数据清洗，包括检查逻辑一致性、处理极端值及核实关键变量的完整性。 （4）数据库锁定与存档：在完成所有数据录入、清洗和疑问解决后，由主要研究者、统计学家和数据管理员共同决定锁定最终分析数据库。锁定后的数据库及所有相关文档将按规定进行长期存档。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study employs a fully electronic data collection and management model to ensure data quality and traceability. (1) Data Collection and Entry: All patient data were collected through a pre-designed online electronic case report form (e-CRF) system. The system was designed as a checkbox-based form, with researchers entering data once at three fixed time points: upon patient admission, after surgery, and prior to discharge. (2) Quality Control: The e-CRF system incorporates built-in logic checks and mandatory field validation to minimize errors at the source. The study coordination center conducts regular spot checks of the data and cross-checks it against source documents; any issues identified are promptly returned to the center for correction. (3) Database Establishment and Cleaning: All data is transmitted in real-time to a central secure database. Prior to data analysis, systematic data cleaning is performed, including checks for logical consistency, handling of outliers, and verification of the completeness of key variables. (4) Database Locking and Archiving: After all data entry, cleaning, and resolution of queries are completed, the principal investigator, statistician, and data manager jointly decide to lock the final analysis database. The locked database and all related documentation will be archived long-term in accordance with regulations.
