研究目的：

通过研究分析体检人群中重要异常结果，并对检后情况进行随访，以了解这些出现显著异常结果者的临床特征，探讨重要异常结果分布特征，同时初步探索PDCA循环与重要异常结果的健康管理新模式。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying and analyzing the important abnormal results in the physical examination population, and following up the situation after the physical examination, we can understand the clinical characteristics of these people with significant abnormal results, explore the distribution characteristics of important abnormal results, and initially explore a new health management model of PDCA cycle and important abnormal results.

纳入标准：

选取2024年1月到2025年4月在重庆医科大学附属永川医院体检中心参与体检 27895名体检者，其中重要异常结果人数共计1526人。

Inclusion criteria

A total of 27,895 individuals who participated in physical examinations at the Physical Examination Center of Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from January 2024 to April 2025 were selected, among whom a total of 1,526 had significant abnormal results.
