Objectives of Study：

Establish a high-quality, standardized and sustainably updated acute pancreatitis sample database.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-75周岁；
2.发病7天以内；
3.符合《2012亚特兰大AP分类和诊断标准》的AP患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 to 75 years old;
2.Onset within 7 days;
3.Patients with acute pancreatitis meeting the 2012 Atlanta Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Acute Pancreatitis;

排除标准：

1.妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
2.慢性胰腺炎、胰腺癌；
3.既往严重心脑血管病史和器官功能障碍，如恶性肿瘤、心力衰竭、冠心病、慢性阻塞性肺病、肝肾功能衰竭；
4.未签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant and lactating women;
2.Patients with chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer;
3.Those with a previous history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or organ dysfunction, including malignant tumors, heart failure, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and hepatic and renal failure;
4.Those who have not signed the informed consent form;

本研究采用病例报告表（CRF）对数据进行管理，以确保数据的采集、核查、递交的及时性与合规性。由数据录入员及时、准确地将原始数据录入CRF表，并由数据管理员完成数据核查报告，主要研究者召开数据审核会议，确定分析数据集，并对审核后的数据进行锁定，并进行数据分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study uses a Case Report Form (CRF) to manage data to ensure timely and compliant collection, verification, and submission of data. The data entry personnel timely and accurately input the raw data into the CRF table, and the data administrator completes the data verification report. The main researchers hold a data review meeting to determine the analysis dataset, lock the reviewed data, and conduct data analysis.
