本研究旨在评估多模态大模型（STD-GPT）对临床医生诊断表现的影响，通过随机化分组比较医生在有无该模型辅助条件下的表现差异，并系统分析其对诊断质量、效率及决策行为的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of the multimodal large model (STD-GPT) on clinicians' diagnostic performance. Patients were randomly assigned to different groups to compare physicians' performance with and without the assistance of this model. The effects of the model on diagnostic quality, efficiency and decision-making behaviors were also systematically analyzed.

纳入标准：

1.本研究拟纳入约30–40名皮肤性病科临床医生，根据临床经验进行分层（初级：执业年限≤5年或住院医师；中级：5–10年或主治医师；高级：≥10年或副主任医师及以上）。

Inclusion criteria

1.This study plans to enroll approximately 30 to 40 clinicians from the Department of Dermatology and Venereology. Participants will be stratified according to clinical experience: junior level (working experience <= 5 years or resident physicians), intermediate level (working experience of 5–10 years or attending physicians), and senior level (working experience >= 10 years or associate chief physicians and above).

We standardized the procedures for data coSources of research data include physicians' basic information collection forms, data exported from the platform, blinded scoring records and system logs. All data sources are linked via study IDs.All collection forms and data fields have clear specifications and unified definitions. Data collection is conducted in a timely, accurate, complete and traceable manner.Key data are double-checked by two researchers or verified against source data. Any errors found will be corrected promptly with relevant records retained.Logical validation rules are set up to eliminate missing values, outliers and logical inconsistencies.The database will be locked after data cleaning.
