研究目的：

1、探究不同抗体滴度参考值对血清特异性抗体ELISA检测诊断MMP诊断效能的影响。 2、明确MMP与炎症反应的相关性。

纳入标准：

第一部分 血清特异性抗体参考值对ELISA诊断MMP效能的影响 1.年龄18-85岁，性别不限； 2.临床表现为口腔黏膜大疱性疾病； 第二部分 MMP 与炎症反应的关系 患病组纳入标准 1.年龄 18-85 岁，性别不限； 2.确诊为黏膜类天疱疮； 对照组纳入标准 1.年龄 18-85 岁，性别不限； 2.患有无炎症反应的口腔黏膜疾病；

Inclusion criteria

Part 1: The Impact of Serum-Specific Antibody Reference Values on the Effectiveness of ELISA in Diagnosing MMP 1. Ages 18-85, any gender; 2. Clinical presentation is oral mucosal blistering disease; Part 2: The Relationship Between MMP and Inflammatory Response Inclusion criteria for the patient group: 1. Ages 18-85, any gender; 2. Diagnosed with mucosal pemphigoid; Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1. Ages 18-85, any gender; 2. Having oral mucosal diseases without inflammatory response;

排除标准：

第一部分 血清特异性抗体参考值对ELISA诊断MMP效能的影响 1. 因各种原因未于北京大学第一医院行血清特异性抗体检查； 2. 现有检查结果不能明确诊断或排除MMP； 第二部分 MMP 与炎症反应的关系 1. 患有血液系统疾病或免疫性疾病或其他可能影响血常规炎症细胞结果的疾病； 2. 行血常规及病理活检前一周内有糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂用药史； 3. 因各种原因未行血常规或组织病理检查； 4. 组织病理切片中上皮或固有层缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

Part 1: The Impact of Serum-Specific Antibody Reference Values on the Effectiveness of ELISA in Diagnosing MMP 1. Due to various reasons, the serum antibody ELISA test was not performed at Peking University First Hospital; 2. The current examination results cannot clearly diagnose or exclude MMP; Part 2: The Relationship Between MMP and Inflammatory Response 1. Suffering from hematological or immunological diseases, or other diseases that may affect the results of blood routine and inflammatory cells; 2. History of using glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within one week prior to blood routine and histopathology; 3. Due to various reasons, blood routine or histopathological examination was not performed; 4. Epithelial or lamina propria deficiency in histopathology.

研究者负责受试者实验室检查结果的数据采集，严格资料保密原则。收集的电子数据将采用Excel表格等方式记录，由研究者保管，不得随意拷贝。主要研究者对数据的真实、完整、准确性负责。研究数据仅用于科研目的，在试验结题后3年进行统一销毁。
