研究目的：

评价自体组织与人工假体在颞下颌关节及其周围结构肿瘤缺损修复重建中的临床应用有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of autologous tissue and artificial prosthesis in the reconstruction of tumor defects in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and its surrounding structures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁，性别不限； 2.诊断为颞下颌关节肿物或颞下颌关节-耳联合肿物或颞下颌关节-颅底联合肿物或颞下颌关节-颅底-耳联合肿物。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. The patient was diagnosed as a temporomandibular joint mass or a temporomandibular joint ear mass or a temporomandibular joint skull base mass or a temporomandibular joint skull base ear mass.

排除标准：

1.对钛合金内植物过敏的患者； 2.急性或严重感染或慢性感染处于急性发作期的患者； 3.手术导致大范围软组织缺损，术后创口没有足够软组织覆盖的患者； 4.放射性骨髓炎、急慢性骨髓炎、骨质疏松患者； 5.合并心、肺、脑、肾等重要脏器原发性疾病未控制的患者； 6.精神疾病患者； 7.妊娠、哺乳期女性； 8.无法配合治疗的患者； 9.中晚期恶性肿瘤、肿瘤远处转移、肿瘤复发患者； 10.中晚期恶性肿瘤、肿瘤远处转移、肿瘤复发患者； 11.在手术前4周内，使用抗生素治疗或慢性抗炎治疗（每周≥3次）； 12.酗酒或长期药物滥用； 13.严重免疫功能不全的患者； 14.不可控咀嚼肌功能亢进（夜磨牙、紧咬牙）导致钛钉超负荷及松脱； 15.研究者认为依从性不好不能参与试验的患者； 16.在开始手术（研究第0天）的前三个月内，患者参与了其他药物或器械的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients allergic to titanium implants; 2. Patients with acute or severe infection or acute exacerbation of chronic infection; 3. Patients with extensive soft tissue defects caused by surgery, and the postoperative wound was not covered by enough soft tissue; 4. Patients with radiation osteomyelitis, acute and chronic osteomyelitis, osteoporosis; 5. Patients with uncontrolled primary diseases of important organs such as heart, lung, brain and kidney; 6. People with mental illness; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Patients who are unable to cooperate with treatment; 9. Patients with advanced malignant tumors, distant metastasis and tumor recurrence; 10. Patients with advanced malignant tumors, distant metastasis and tumor recurrence; 11. Use of antibiotics or chronic anti-inflammatory therapy (≥3 times per week) within 4 weeks before surgery; 12. Alcohol or chronic drug abuse; 13. Patients with severe immunodeficiency; 14. Uncontrolled masticatory muscle hyperfunction (night bruxism, clenching) leading to overload and loosening of titanium nails; 15. Patients who could not participate in the trial because of poor compliance according to the investigator; 16. Patients were enrolled in a clinical trial of another drug or device within the three months before surgery (study day 0).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

整个实验过程严格执行临床试验质量管理规范，所有CRF记录完整、真实、清晰、客观后将试验数据输入计算机，锁定数据后储存。数据库锁定后提交统计分析人员进行统计分析。
