研究目的:

探究不同刺激频率和刺激模式的经颅磁刺激对健康志愿者初级运动皮层膈肌代表区兴奋性及静息肺功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the effects of different frequencies and stimulation patterns of transcranial magnetic stimulation on diaphragmatic cortical excitability and resting pulmonary function in healthy volunteers.

纳入标准:

1.年龄在18-45岁之间,性别不限。 2.身体健康,无严重心肺疾病、神经系统疾病、精神疾病等病史。 3.无TMS禁忌症,如颅内金属植入物、癫痫发作史、严重头部外伤等。 4.自愿参与本实验,并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18 and 45, any gender. 2. In good health, with no history of serious heart, lung, neurological, or mental illnesses. 3. No TMS contraindications, such as intracranial metal implants, history of seizures, or serious head trauma. 4. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.近期(1个月内)接受过与隔肌相关的康复治疗或手术者: 2.近1个月内参与其他可能影响研究结果的临床试验者: 3.存在交流障碍、听力或视力严重受损、认知功能障碍,无法配合完成评估者; 4.存在药物或酒精滥用史,或近期使用可能影响中枢神经兴奋性及TMS效应的药物者,包括但不限于苯二氮卓类镇静催眠药、抗癫痫药、抗精神病药等: 5.妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria:

1. People who have had rehabilitation treatment or surgery related to the diaphragm in the past month. 2. People who have participated in other clinical trials in the past month that could affect the study results. 3. People with communication problems, severe hearing or vision impairments, or cognitive dysfunction who can't complete the assessments. 4. People with a history of drug or alcohol abuse, or who have recently used drugs that could affect central nervous system excitability and TMS effects, including but not limited to benzodiazepine sedatives, anticonvulsants, antipsychotics, etc. 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

干预措施:

在不同试验日分别接受1HzrTMS、10HzrTMS、iTBS及cTBS四种刺激模式,每次仅接受其中一种刺激。所有刺激均作用于大脑M1隔肌代表区,刺激强度和参数严格遵循国际安全规范。不同刺激条件之间设有至少7天的洗脱期,以避免残留效应。

Intervention:

On different test days, participants received four types of stimulation: 1Hz rTMS, 10Hz rTMS, iTBS, and cTBS, but only one type each time. All stimulations were applied to the M1 hand area of the brain, with intensity and parameters strictly following international safety guidelines. There was at least a 7-day washout period between different stimulation conditions to avoid any leftover effects.
