研究目的：

理清TACR1 rs3755468 SNP与中国汉族女性术后恶心呕吐反应的关系，并明确患者PONV风险评估的特异性指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the relationship between TACR1 rs3755468 SNP and postoperative nausea and vomiting in Chinese Han women, and identify specific indicators for patient PONV risk assessment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.口腔颌面外科病房接受口腔手术的汉族女性患者；
2.年龄范围在18～65周岁；
3.ASA分级I～Ⅱ级；

Inclusion criteria

1.Han Chinese female patients undergoing oral surgery in the oral and maxillofacial surgery ward;
2.aged between 18 and 65 years old;
3.ASA grades I to II;

排除标准：

1.相关药物过敏者；
2.吸烟者；
3.妊娠及哺乳期患者；
4.无法理解视觉模拟评分的患者；
5.有消化道溃疡史患者；
6.肝肾功能损害患者；
7.神经精神疾病患者；
8.慢性疼痛患者；
9.术前24小时内发生过恶心呕吐或使用过止吐药物的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Allergies to related drugs;
2.Smokers;
3.Pregnant and lactating patients;
4.Patients who cannot understand visual simulation scores;
5.Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers;
6.Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction;
7.Neuropsychiatric patients;
8.Chronic pain patients;
9.Patients who have experienced nausea and vomiting or used antiemetic drugs within 24 hours before surgery;
