研究目的：

1.了解心衰患者跌倒风险感知现状； 2.探索心衰患者跌倒风险感知的影响因素； 3.构建心衰患者跌倒风险感知的结构方程模型，并厘清各变量间的路径关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Assess the current status of fall risk perception among patients with heart failure; 2. Investigate the influencing factors of fall risk perception in heart failure patients; 3. Construct a structural equation model for fall risk perception in heart failure patients and clarify the path relationships among various variables.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据我国心衰诊断标准确诊为心衰； 2.纽约心脏协会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅱ~Ⅳ级；有心脏失代偿期的症状和体征； 3.年龄>18周岁； 4.自愿参与本次试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed as heart failure according to the diagnostic criteria for heart failure in China; 2. New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification grades II-IV; 3. Age>18 years; 4. Voluntary participation in this trial and signing of an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.病情危重或处于疾病终末期者； 2.诊断为痴呆或合并有严重精神认知障碍不能配合的患者； 3.因其他疾病无法配合本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients in critical condition or at the terminal stage of the disease; 2. Patients diagnosed with dementia or comorbid severe psychiatric cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate; 3. Patients who cannot participate in this study due to other medical conditions.

Upon completion of the project in October 2027, the data will be made openly available for academic use. After the research raw data has been fully anonymized and all personally identifiable information has been removed, it will be publicly shared via the National Medical Research Platform or the institution’s research data platform following the publication of the academic findings. The shared data is restricted to non-commercial medical research and academic exchange. Users must adhere to research integrity and data usage guidelines and are prohibited from tampering with, reselling, or misusing the data. The original source data will be archived and retained by this institution on a long-term basis.
