研究目的:

本研究拟通过对机械通气患者实施 40%AOP、60%AOP、80%AOP 三种不同程度的LIRT-BFR,比较实施不同 AOP 的 LIRT-BFR 对机械通气患者外周骨骼肌活动特征变化的影响,探索不同 AOP 的 LIRT-BFR 在降低机械通气患者 ICU-AW 发生率与下肢静脉血栓发生率、缩短机械通气时间与 ICU 住院时间方面的作用,以期为机械通气患者选择合适的训练方法提供参考,为 LIRT-BFR 改善机械通气患者临床结局提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to compare the effects of LIRT-BFR with different levels of 40% AOP, 60% AOP, and 80% AOP on the changes in peripheral skeletal muscle activity characteristics of mechanically ventilated patients. The study aims to explore the role of LIRT-BFR with different AOPs in reducing the incidence of ICU-AW and lower limb venous thrombosis in mechanically ventilated patients, shortening the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay. The goal is to provide reference for selecting appropriate training methods for mechanically ventilated patients and provide theoretical basis for LIRT-BFR to improve clinical outcomes of mechanically ventilated patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄 18 ~ 65 岁; 2.入 ICU 时间>24 h; 3.生命体征平稳,2 h 内未使用血管活性药物或增加血管活性药物剂量; 4.置有动脉血压监测装置; 5.双上肢、双下肢大腿皮肤完好无破损。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 to 65 years old;? 2. ICU admission time>24 hours;? 3. Stable vital signs, no use of vasoactive drugs or increase in vasoactive drug dosage within 2 hours;? 4. Equipped with an arterial blood pressure monitoring device; 5. The skin of the thighs on both upper and lower limbs is intact and undamaged.

排除标准:

1.病历记录和 (或) 超声科医生诊断的下肢深静脉血栓等血管疾病; 2.因下肢骨折、骨折病史或水肿等不宜活动。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Medical records and/or diagnosis of lower limb deep vein thrombosis and other vascular diseases by ultrasound doctors; 2. Due to lower limb fractures, history of fractures, or edema, it is not suitable for movement.
