研究目的：

评价在急性期对脑卒中患者两名主要家属进行为期2周的结构化康复技能培训，相较于常规康复宣教，能否更显著地改善患者6个月后的日常生活活动能力（ADL）。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether a 2-week structured rehabilitation skills training program for two primary family caregivers of stroke patients during the acute phase, compared with routine rehabilitation education, can significantly improve patients' activities of daily living (ADL) at 6 months post-stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脑卒中诊断标准，经CT/MRI证实，为首次发病； 2.处于急性期（发病后2周内）； 3.年龄45-75岁； 4.存在轻度至中度功能障碍（NIHSS评分5-15分）； 5.意识清楚，MMSE≥21分，能配合评估； 6.至少有两名固定的家庭主要照顾者（如配偶、子女）自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by CT/MRI, and it’s the first occurrence; 2. In the acute phase (within 2 weeks of onset); 3. Aged 45-75 years; 4. Has mild to moderate functional impairment (NIHSS score 5-15); 5. Conscious, MMSE>=21, able to cooperate with assessments; 6. At least two consistent primary family caregivers (such as a spouse or children) are willing to participate in the study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肝、肾衰竭、癌症等重大疾病； 2.严重失语、失认、重度认知或精神障碍无法配合； 3.既往有严重运动系统疾病，影响功能评估；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having serious major illnesses like severe heart, liver, or kidney failure, or cancer; 2. Severe aphasia, agnosia, or serious cognitive or mental disorders that make cooperation impossible; 3. History of serious musculoskeletal diseases that affect functional assessment;
