基于中医体质辨识与牙周临床指标的多维度数据，明确不同中医体质类型与牙周炎易感性的关联规律，运用FAHP进行体质特征权重分析，构建基于贝叶斯网络的牙周炎易感性AI预测模型，探索中西医结合视角下牙周炎个体化风险评估的新路径。

Based on multidimensional data from TCM constitution identification and periodontal clinical indicators, this study aims to clarify the association between dif…Based on multidimensional data from TCM constitution identification and periodontal clinical indicators, this study aims to clarify the association between different TCM constitution types and periodontitis susceptibility, apply Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) for constitution feature weight analysis, construct an AI prediction model for periodontitis susceptibility based on Bayesian network, and explore a new approach to individualized periodontitis risk assessment from the perspective of integrated TCM and Western medicine.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-70周岁； 2.具备基本阅读理解能力，能够独立完成体质量表填写； 3.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Able to read and independently complete the TCM constitution questionnaire; 3. Willing to participate in the study voluntarily and able to provide written informed consentWilling to participate in the study voluntarily and able to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.近3个月内系统使用过抗生素或免疫抑制剂； 2.患有恶性肿瘤、血液系统疾病或其他严重系统性疾病； 3.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 4.近6个月内接受过牙周系统治疗； 5.精神疾病患者或无法配合临床检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Systemic use of antibiotics or immunosuppressants within the past 3 months; 2. Diagnosed with malignant tumors, hematological diseases, or other serious systemic conditions; 3. Pregnant or lactating womenPregnant or lactating women; 4. Having received systematic periodontal treatment within the past 6 months; 5.
