研究目的：

本研究的目的是HRMR-VWI在更大的队列中识别脑静脉血栓（CVT）患者，确定伴有和不伴有脑皮质静脉（CCVT）的脑静脉窦血栓患者（CVST）在临床特征、危险因素和影像学特征方面、预后是否存在差异，验证CVST患者中合并CCVT的发生率在之前的部分研究中可能被低估及皮质静脉受累预示着更糟糕结果的假设。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to identify patients with cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) by HRMR-VWI in a larger cohort, to determine whether there were differences in clinical characteristics, risk factors, and radiographic characteristics, and prognosis in patients with and without cerebral venous vein (CCVT), and to validate the hypothesis that the incidence of CCVT in patients with CVST may have been underestimated in some previous studies and that cortical vein involvement predicts worse outcomes.

纳入标准：

1.CVT的最终诊断是基于全面的临床信息（相关症状、风险因素和D—二聚体）和所有记录的影像学数据诊断；
2.在进行抗凝治疗之前完成MRBTI扫描；
3.性别或年龄无限制；

Inclusion criteria

1.The final diagnosis of CVT is based on comprehensive clinical information (relevant symptoms, risk factors, and D-dimers) and all recorded imaging data;
2.Complete an MRBTI scan before anticoagulation therapy;
3.No restrictions on gender or age;

排除标准：

1.临床放射学评估不足或源数据缺失；
2.成像数据质量差；
3.临床数据不足；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Inadequate clinical radiological assessment or missing source data;
2.The imaging data is of poor quality;
3.Insufficient clinical data;
