研究目的：

建立根管治疗入路困难的患牙中，手术机器人与动态导航相比，根尖距离偏移的优效性。 对建立根管治疗入路困难的患者，比较手术机器人与动态导航在角度偏移、起点偏移、深度偏移、耗时的程度； 对建立根管治疗入路困难的患者，比较手术机器人与动态导航的术中舒适度、术后反应； 对建立根管治疗入路困难的患者，观察手术机器人与动态导航术后1年的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In teeth where establishing the endodontic access is difficult, whether the apical distance deviation of robotic system is superior to that of dynamic navigation.For patients with difficulty establishing the endodontic access, compare the degrees of angular deviation, start-point deviation, depth deviation, and operation time between robotic system and dynamic navigation.For patients with difficulty establishing the endodontic access, compare the intraoperative comfort and postoperative reactions between surgical robots and dynamic navigation;For patients with difficulty establishing the endodontic access, observe the therapeutic efficacy of robotic system and dynamic navigation one year after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18周岁以上，65周岁以下； 2.髓腔及根管上段1/2钙化的牙髓炎、根尖周炎； 3.根管内存在纤维桩的根尖周炎； 4.知情同意，能按期随访；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 18 and 65 years;
2.Pulpitis or periapical periodontitis with calcification in the pulp cavity or the upper half of the root canal;
3.Periapical periodontitis with fiber posts in the root canal;
4.Informed consent and ability to follow up as scheduled.

排除标准：

1.牙周和/或牙体缺损过多无法保留者；
2.严重的全身性系统性疾病；
3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
4.张口受限；
5.服用双磷酸盐或大量激素的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Excessive periodontal and/or dental defects rendering the tooth non-restorable;
2.Severe systemic diseases;
3.Pregnant or lactating women;
4.Limited mouth opening;
5.Patients taking bisphosphonates or large doses of hormones;
