研究目的：

（1）明确脑卒中后呼吸功能障碍患者呼吸依从性差的影响因素 （2）构建基于COX健康行为互动模式的个性化呼吸训练方案，旨在建立一套标准化、可推广的护理干预方案，用于脑卒中后呼吸功能障碍患者的呼吸康复。 （3）通过应用基于COX健康行为互动模式的个性化呼吸训练，明确其在提升患者呼吸训练依从性、改善生理功能及心理状态方面的有效性，为临床实践提供关键证据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Identify the factors influencing poor respiratory compliance in patients with post-stroke respiratory dysfunction. (2) Construct a personalized respiratory training program based on the COX Interaction Model of Client Health Behavior, aiming to establish a standardized and generalizable nursing intervention program for respiratory rehabilitation in patients with post-stroke respiratory dysfunction. (3) Through the application of personalized respiratory training based on the COX Interaction Model of Client Health Behavior, clarify its effectiveness in improving patients' respiratory training compliance, physiological function, and psychological status, thereby providing key evidence for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》的脑卒中诊断标准且年龄大于18周岁； 2.意识清楚，生命体征平稳，能配合训练； 3.存在呼吸功能障碍：FEV1和（或）FVC低于预计值的80%； 4.患者常住于太原，出院后能继续接受随访且愿意回本院复查者； 5.受试者及家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke specified in the Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases (2019 Edition) and be aged > 18 years; 2. Be conscious, have stable vital signs, and be able to cooperate with training; 3. Have respiratory dysfunction: FEV1 and/or FVC below 80% of the predicted value; 4. Reside permanently in Taiyuan, be able to continue follow-up after discharge, and be willing to return to our hospital for reexamination; 5. Both the subject and their family members sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.既往合并严重心肺疾病，如心力衰竭、急性心梗、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、重症肺炎等； 2.合并颅脑损伤、胸部手术、肋骨骨折等； 3.严重认知障碍或有状不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prior history of severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe pneumonia, etc.; 2. Complicated with craniocerebral injury, thoracic surgery, rib fracture, etc.; 3. Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric symptoms that preclude cooperation.
