研究目的：

在中国女性乳腺癌患者大型真实世界队列中，回顾性评价炎性乳腺癌（IBC） 目前的流行病学、临床和诊断特征、治疗方式及结局。结合实际诊治数据，了解指南指导价值及应用情况；为指南修订提供循证医学数据。通过随访，获得 IBC 的远期生存数据，并总结进一步改进措施。  

Objectives of Study：

In a large real-world cohort of Chinese female breast cancer patients, a retrospective evaluation was conducted on the current epidemiology, clinical and diagnostic characteristics, treatment modalities, and outcomes of IBC. Combined with actual diagnosis and treatment data, the value and application of the guidelines were understood; and evidence-based medical data were provided for the revision of the guidelines. Through follow-up, long-term survival data of IBC were obtained, and further improvement measures were summarized.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄：≥18 岁，女性； 2. 既往病历诊断为炎性乳腺癌，或既往病历中病史及查体具有典型炎性乳腺癌临床表现（受累面积大于乳房 1/3，病程持续时间小于 6 个月）； 3. 组织病理学证实为浸润性乳腺癌； 4. 具有完整病理学、影像学检查资料； 5. 治疗策略及随访资料完整； 6. 具有至少一个可测量病灶（根据 RECIST1.1 标准）

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: >= 18 years old, female; 2. Previous medical diagnosis of inflammatory breast cancer, or previous medical history and physical examination showed typical clinical manifestations of inflammatory breast cancer (lesion area larger than 1/3 of the breast, disease duration less than 6 months); 3. Histopathologically confirmed as invasive breast cancer; 4. Complete pathological and imaging examination data; 5. Complete treatment strategy and follow-up data; 6. At least one measurable lesion (according to RECIST1.1 standard)

排除标准：

1. 临床、病理及随访资料不全者； 2. 患有其他恶性肿瘤（包括第二原发乳腺癌），影响患者预后者； 3. 研究者认为受试者不适合参加研究的任何情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those whose clinical, pathological and follow-up data are incomplete; 2. Those with other malignant tumors (including second primary breast cancer), which affect the prognosis of the patients; 3. Any circumstances where the researchers consider the subjects unsuitable to participate in the study.
