本研究旨在探讨生活情景小组课联合应用行为分析法（ABA） 对孤独症患儿的治疗效果，重点观察其在社交沟通、行为问题、生活自理及社会适应能力等方面的改善情况，为孤独症患儿提供更具实用性、生活化、系统化的康复治疗方案，为临床康复治疗提供科学依据与实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the therapeutic effect of life scenario group lessons combined with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) on children with autism. The primary focus is to observe improvements in social communication, behavioral problems, activities of daily living, and social adaptation skills. It intends to provide a practical, life-oriented, and systematic rehabilitation treatment plan for children with autism, and to offer scientific evidence and practical references for clinical rehabilitation treatment.

纳入标准：

1.患儿均符合 《美国精神疾病诊断分类手册第 5 版" 孤独症谱系障碍诊断标准"解读》； 2.使用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)进行评估，所有患儿得分均为30分以上； 3.年龄在2-10岁之间； 4.本研究方案经粤北人民医院医学伦理委员会批准，且豁免患者知情同意书； 5.入组前未接受过其他系统心理治疗或康复训练，确保治疗基线一致。 6.选自2024年1月—2025年12月在粤北人民医院儿童康复科确诊，并接受生活情景小组课联合应用行为分析法（ABA）或常规综合康复治疗的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5) criteria; 2. Scored >=30 on the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS); 3. Aged between 2 and 10 years old; 4. The study protocol was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Yuebei People's Hospital, and informed consent was obtained from the guardians; 5. No previous systematic psychotherapy or rehabilitation training before enrollment to ensure consistent baseline; 6. Children diagnosed in the Department of Child Rehabilitation of Yuebei People's Hospital from January 2024 to December 2025, who received life scenario group lessons combined with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or routine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.

排除标准：

1.合并精神分裂症、遗传代谢疾病或严重智障的儿童； 2.治疗期间因各种原因中途退出的患儿； 3.临床资料（如基线评估、治疗记录、随访数据）严重缺失，无法完成疗效分析的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with comorbid schizophrenia, genetic metabolic diseases, or severe intellectual disability;
2. Children who withdrew from the study for any reason during treatment;
3. Children with severely missing clinical data (e.g., baseline assessments, treatment records, follow-up data) that could not be used for efficacy analysis.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study uses a combination of Case Report Forms (CRF) and an Electronic Data Capture System (EDC) for data collection and management. All case information is recorded on CRFs by trained researchers according to uniform standards, and double-checked before being entered into the electronic system. Data is stored with full encryption, managed with tiered access permissions, backed up regularly, and subject to periodic data audits to ensure the authenticity, completeness, and traceability of the data.
