研究目的：

基于微生物多组学标志物结合人工智能的算法，构建能够预警结直肠腺瘤恶性潜能的分类模型（具备诊断进展期腺瘤能力），最终提高CRC早筛早诊能力。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on microbial multi-omics biomarkers combined with artificial intelligence algorithms, a classification model is constructed to predict the malignant potential of colorectal adenomas (with the ability to diagnose advanced adenomas), ultimately improving the early screening and diagnosis capabilities of CRC.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.综合国家卫生健康委发布的《结直肠癌筛查与早诊早治方案（2024年版）》、中国临床肿瘤学会（CSCO）发布的《结直肠癌诊疗指南（2024）》、中华医学会肿瘤学分会早诊早治学组发布的《中国结直肠癌早诊早治专家共识（2023版）》等指南，制定纳入标准，根据结肠镜检查和病理报告结果，选择相应组别的入组对象。

Inclusion criteria

1.Based on guidelines such as the "Colorectal Cancer Screening and Early Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (2024 Edition)" issued by the National Health Commission, the "Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2024)" issued by the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), and the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2023 Edition)" issued by the Early Diagnosis and Treatment Group of the Oncology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, inclusion criteria were established. Participants were selected for the corresponding groups based on the results of colonoscopy and pathological reports.

排除标准：

1.肛管肿瘤、阑尾肿瘤、神经内分泌肿瘤、家族性腺瘤性息肉病。
2.内镜治疗并发穿孔或出血而追加手术病例。
3.取样时1个月内使用过抗生素、糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Anal canal tumor, appendiceal tumor, neuroendocrine tumor, familial adenomatous polyposis; 2.Cases requiring additional surgery due to perforation or bleeding complications from endoscopic treatment; 3.Patients who have used antibiotics, glucocorticoids, or immunosuppressants within one month of sampling.
