研究目的：

初步应用并评价基于资源保存理论的乳腺癌术后化疗患者自我调节疲劳干预方案在临床中对乳腺癌术后化疗患者自我调节疲劳、社会支持、自我效能的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Preliminarily apply and evaluate the self-regulation fatigue intervention program for post-mastectomy chemotherapy patients based on the resource conservation theory in clinical practice, and assess its effects on self-regulation fatigue, social support, and self-efficacy of breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2. 经临床病理诊断为乳腺癌； 3. 接受手术治疗且拟行化疗次数≥2次的研究参与者； 4. 意识清楚，知情同意且自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with breast cancer through clinical and pathological examination; 3. Participants who have undergone surgical treatment and are scheduled to receive chemotherapy for >= 2 times; 4. Clear consciousness, have given informed consent and are voluntarily participating in this study.

排除标准：

1. 合并有其他恶性肿瘤、多器官功能不全研究参与者或终末期疾病者； 2. 具有精神疾病病史； 3. 参与其他研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participants with other malignant tumors, multiple organ dysfunction, or end-stage diseases; 2. Those with a history of mental illness; 3. Those involved in other research projects.

1. 调查问卷的数据记录 调查问卷由研究者记录，由研究者指定的录入员根据采集的原始病历信息及时将相关信息准确地记录在电子数据档案上。 2. 数据监查 负责数据监查工作的成员对每份原始病历和调查问卷进行审核。 3. 数据锁定 所有病例数据完成录入、负责数据监查工作的成员完成原始数据核查、数据管理人员完成核查、数据完成清理、主要研究者审核批准并完成签名后，由数据管理员进行数据锁定。数据锁定后，所有人员将不可对研究数据进行任何修改。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data Recording for Questionnaires** Questionnaires will be documented by the investigators. Designated data entry personnel, appointed by the investigator, will accurately and promptly transcribe the relevant information from the collected source medical records into the electronic data capture (EDC) system. 2. Data Monitoring** Assigned data monitoring staff will review every source medical record and questionnaire. 3. Data Lock** After all case data entry is completed, the data monitoring staff have verified the source data, data management personnel have completed their checks, data cleaning is finished, and the principal investigator has reviewed, approved, and signed off, the data manager will execute the data lock. Following the data lock, no modifications to the study data will be permitted by any personnel.
