描述2015-2025年商洛市手足口病病原学谱构成、时空分布特征及发病趋势，识别高发区域和高发人群，为当地手足口病精准防控提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the pathogen spectrum, spatiotemporal distribution characteristics, and incidence trends of hand, foot and mouth disease in Shangluo City from 2015 to 2025, and to identify high-risk areas and populations, so as to provide scientific evidence for local prevention and control strategies.

纳入标准：

1.2015年1月1日至2025年12月31日期间，商洛市各级医疗机构报告的手足口病临床诊断或实验室确诊病例； 2.病例信息完整（含发病日期、年龄、性别、现住址）； 3.实验室确诊病例需有病原学检测结果；

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinically diagnosed or laboratory-confirmed HFMD cases reported by medical institutions in Shangluo City between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2025;
2.Cases with complete information (onset date, age, sex, address);
3.Laboratory-confirmed cases with pathogen testing results.

排除标准：

1.重复报告病例；
2.发病日期、年龄、现住址等关键信息缺失的病例；
3.临床诊断病例中病原型别不明者（若仅分析实验室确诊病例）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Duplicate reported cases;
2.Cases with missing key information (onset date, age, address);
3.Clinically diagnosed cases without pathogen typing (if only analyzing laboratory-confirmed cases).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源于商洛市疾控中心2015-2025年手足口病监测数据库及中国疾病预防控制信息系统。由2名研究人员独立进行数据提取和核对，采用Excel建立原始数据库，双人双录入并交叉比对。分析前进行数据清洗，处理缺失值和异常值。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and Management Data were extracted from the HFMD surveillance database of Shangluo CDC (2015-2025) and the China CDC Information System. Two researchers independently extracted and verified the data. An Excel database was established with double-entry and cross-checking. Data cleaning was performed prior to analysis.
