研究目的：

本研究采用BCI治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者，主要研究目的：1、通过观察治疗前后Fugl-Meyer量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment，FMA)、改良Barthel指数(Modified Barthel index,MBI)的指标，来判断BCI治疗脑卒中后运动功能的疗效；2、基于fNIRS计算大脑相关脑区功能连接（functional connectivity，FC），采用偏侧化指数(laterality index, LI)衡量相关脑区功能连接的对称性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study employed BCI in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegic patients. The main research objectives were as follows: To evaluate the efficacy of BCI in improving motor function after stroke by observing changes in scores of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and after treatment; To calculate functional connectivity (FC) in relevant brain regions based on fNIRS, and to assess the symmetry of functional connectivity in these regions using the laterality index (LI).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中脑卒中的诊断标准，并经CT、MRI确诊； 2.初次发病、生命体征平稳、无认知功能障碍； 3.病程在1-12个月； 4.年龄25～75岁； 5.肢体改良Ashworth痉挛评分＜2级； 6.偏瘫肢体Brunnstrom分期≤Ⅲ级； 7.自愿参加并签署治疗知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in Diagnostic Criteria for Main Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019), confirmed by CT or MRI; 2.First onset, stable vital signs, and no cognitive dysfunction; 3.Disease duration ranging from 1 to 12 months; 4.Aged 25 to 75 years old; 5.Modified Ashworth spasticity scale score of the affected limbs < grade 2; 6. Brunnstrom stage of the hemiplegic limbs ≤ stage Ⅲ; 7.Voluntary participation and signed informed consent for treatment.

排除标准：

1.重要脏器（心、肝、肾）等功能严重减退； 2.认知功能障碍、言语障碍、视力障碍不能主动配合训练； 3.年龄≤25岁或≥75岁； 4.有颅骨缺损； 5.患有其他影响肢体运动功能神经骨骼系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe dysfunction of vital organs including the heart, liver and kidneys; 2.Cognitive impairment, speech disorder or visual disturbance that prevents active cooperation in training; 3. Age ≤25 years or ≥75 years; 4.Presence of skull defect; 5.Suffering from other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases that affect limb motor function.

本研究采用随机数字表法进行病例分组：将符合纳入标准的研究对象按入院先后顺序依次编号，查阅随机数字表获取对应随机数字，以奇数纳入观察组、偶数纳入对照组，实行分配隐藏，确保两组基线资料均衡可比。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study, patients were grouped using a random number table method. All eligible participants were numbered sequentially according to their admission order. Corresponding random numbers were obtained from the random number table. Cases with odd numbers were assigned to the observation group, and those with even numbers to the control group. Allocation concealment was strictly implemented to ensure the baseline data were balanced and comparable between the two groups.
