1.主要目的:构建基于临床教师数智素养的最佳方式总结基础上的通用胜任力模型,明确临床医师应当具备的数智胜任力素质。基于行为事件访谈法的胜任力评价法作为胜任力研究的经典方法,在通用胜任力模型的基础上构建临床教师数智胜任力模型并进行验证,促进临床教师数据素养与人工智能素质的提升。 2.次要目的:为医院数智管理提供有效工具。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1.Main Purpose: To construct a general competency model based on a summary of optimal approaches to clinical teachers’ digital-intelligence literacy, and clarify the digital-intelligence competencies that clinicians should possess. As a classic method in competency research, the competency evaluation approach based on behavioral event interviews will be used to develop and validate a digital-intelligence competency model for clinical teachers on the basis of the general competency model, so as to promote the improvement of clinical teachers’ data literacy and artificial intelligence competence. 2Secondary Purpose: To provide an effective tool for digital-intelligent management in hospitals.. |

纳入标准: |
鉴别能力组纳入标准: 1.职称:副主任医师及以上或同等专业技术职称; 2.临床经验:临床工作满 10 年以上; 3.教学经验:临床教学满 5 年以上,有固定教学任务(带教规培生、实习生、研究生等); 4.知情同意:自愿参与本次访谈; 5.绩效满足至少一项:近三年获院级及以上教学表彰、荣誉(优秀带教老师、教学名师等);近三年获院级及以上临床表彰(优秀医师、先进工作者等);科室主任或教学管理部门提名,认定教学绩效优秀。 基准能力组纳入标准: 1.职称:住院医师或主治医师; 2.临床经验:临床工作满 3 年以上; 3.教学经验:开展过临床教学(带教实习生等); 4.绩效表现:未获评教学、临床优秀、先进,绩效中等; 5.知情同意:自愿参与本次访谈; |

Inclusion criteria |
Inclusion Criteria for the Differential Competency Group: 1. Professional title: Associate chief physician or above, or equivalent professional and technical titles; 2. Clinical experience: No less than 10 years of clinical practice experience; 3. Teaching experience: No less than 5 years of clinical teaching experience with regular fixed teaching assignments (including mentoring standardized training residents, medical interns, postgraduate students, etc.); 4. Informed consent: Voluntarily participate in this interview; 5. Meet at least one of the following performance requirements: Received hospital-level or higher teaching commendations and honors in the past three years (such as Outstanding Preceptor, Distinguished Teaching Faculty, etc.); Received hospital-level or higher clinical commendations in the past three years (such as Outstanding Physician, Advanced Worker, etc.); Nominated by the department director or teaching administration department and recognized as having excellent teaching performance. Inclusion Criteria for the Baseline Competency Group; 1. Professional title: Resident physician or attending physician; 2. Clinical experience: At least 3 years of clinical work experience; 3. Teaching experience: Has delivered clinical teaching (e.g., mentoring interns); 4. Performance evaluation: Has not been awarded Outstanding Teacher, Outstanding Clinician or Advanced Individual; with medium performance rating; 5. Informed consent: Voluntarily participates in this interview; |

1.近 1 年累计脱离临床或教学超过3 个月(长期病假、脱产进修、行政借调等); 2.近 1 年发生重大医疗事故或重大教学事故; 3.存在语言或听力障碍等,无法完成完整访谈; 4.不愿签署知情同意书。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Having been absent from clinical practice or teaching for a cumulative period of more than 3 months in the past year (including long-term sick leave, full-time further education, secondment to administrative departments, etc.); 2. Having incurred a major medical incident or major teaching incident in the past year; 3. Suffering from speech or hearing impairments that prevent completion of a full interview; 4. Refusing to sign the informed consent form. |
