研究目的：

1 调查CKD非透析患者疾病进展恐惧、应对方式及生活质量的现状。 2 探索CKD非透析患者疾病进展恐惧、应对方式与生活质量间的相关关系。 3 探讨应对方式在CKD非透析患者疾病进展恐惧与生活质量间的中介效应。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the current status of fear of disease progression, coping styles, and quality of life in non-dialysis CKD patients.2. To explore the correlations between fear of disease progression, coping styles, and quality of life in non-dialysis CKD patients.3. To examine the mediating effect of coping styles on the relationship between fear of disease progression and quality of life in non-dialysis CKD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18～65 岁； 2. 确诊 CKD3～5 期（eGFR 持续 <60 mL/min/1.73 m^2），病程至少 3 个月，且未进行肾脏替代疗法； 3. 临床资料完整； 4. 有正常的阅读、理解和表达的能力，能配合完成问卷调查； 5. 知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65; 2. Diagnosed with CKD stage 3-5 (eGFR consistently <60 mL/min/1.73 m^2), with a disease course of at least 3 months, and no renal replacement therapy has been performed; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Have normal reading, comprehension and expression abilities, and be able to cooperate in completing questionnaire surveys; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1. 合并全身感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤病史、其他严重躯体疾病或严重并发症； 2. 既往或现有精神病史或认知障碍； 3. 因急性肾功能障碍进行临时紧急透析者； 4. 肾脏移植或孤立肾患者； 5. 近3个月遭受重大事件打击，如亲友离世。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with a history of systemic infectious diseases, malignant tumors, other serious physical diseases or severe complications; 2. Previous or current history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Those undergoing temporary emergency dialysis due to acute renal dysfunction; 4. Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation or have an isolated kidney; 5. In the past three months, one has been hit by major events, such as the death of a close relative or friend.
