研究目的：

探讨MASLD合并T2DM患者与SII和SIRI指数这两种血液炎症标志物之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between systemic inflammation index (SII) and systemic inflammation response index (SIRI) and MASLD in patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).

纳入标准：

年龄>=18岁，符合MASLD、T2DM的诊断。

Inclusion criteria

Age >=18 years old, meeting the diagnosis of MASLD and T2DM.

排除标准：

1. 有自身免疫性肝病、药物性肝损、遗传性疾病等导致脂肪肝； 2. 继发性高血压病，兼不同脏器的损害和其他疾病； 3. 1型糖尿病； 4. 合并糖尿病急性并发症； 5. 严重心、脑、肺、肾、神经、造血等重要系统疾病； 6. 严重精神疾病； 7. 妊娠期、恶性肿瘤和感染性疾病者； 8. 资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe diseases of vital systems including heart, brain, lung, kidney, nerve and hematopoietic system; 2. Patients with severe mental illness; 3. Pregnant women, patients with malignant tumors and infectious diseases; 4. And patients with incomplete data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用回顾性提取电子病历数据方式，自行建立标准化病例记录表（CRF）；依托医院院内电子病历系统进行数据采集、整理与归档，采用 Excel 建立研究专用数据库进行统一管理，无第三方商业化 EDC 系统。
