研究目的：

了解非哺乳期乳腺炎患者自我管理现状及影响因素，构建基于赋能理论的患者自我管理方案，提升患者的自我管理能力（疾病认知、症状处理能力、决策能力、治疗信心）和健康结局（疼痛缓解程度、复发率降低、治疗依从性提高、生活质量改善），使患者成为管理自身健康的积极主体。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective is to understand the current status and influencing factors of self-management in patients with non-lactational mastitis, to construct an empowerment theory-based self-management program, and ultimately to enhance patients' self-management capabilities (in disease knowledge, symptom management, decision-making, and treatment confidence) and health outcomes (including pain relief, reduced recurrence rate, improved treatment adherence, and improved quality of life), thereby enabling patients to become active participants in managing their own health.

纳入标准：

1.符合《非哺乳期乳腺炎诊治专家共识》诊断标准的患者； 2.≥18岁成年女性患者； 3.自愿参与并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Expert Consensus on Non-Lactational Mastitis; 2.Aged >=18 years; 3.And who voluntarily provided informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍者； 2.患有精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合研究者； 3.近3个月内参加过其他相关干预研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe dysfunction of major organs (e.g., heart, liver, or kidney);
2.Patients with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment who were unable to cooperate with the study;
3.Patients who had participated in other relevant interventional studies within the past 3 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据采集通过两种方式完成：1）线下纸质问卷现场发放与回收；2）线上通过问卷星平台（网址：https://www.wjx.cn）发布电子问卷收集。 2.数据管理方面：线下问卷回收后统一录入Excel进行初步整理；线上问卷星数据直接导出至Excel，最终通过Excel完成数据的清洗、存储与管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.Data collection is conducted through two methods: 1) Offline paper questionnaires are distributed and collected on-site; 2) Online questionnaires are released and collected via the Wenjuanxing platform (URL: https://www.wjx.cn).2.For data management: Offline questionnaire data are manually entered into Excel for initial organization; online data from Wenjuanxing are directly exported to Excel. Finally, data cleaning, storage and management are completed using Excel.
