探讨艾沙康唑在侵袭性霉菌感染患者中的暴露-毒性阈值。  

Objectives of Study：

Identification of the Exposure–Toxicity Threshold of Isavuconazole in Patients with Invasive Mold Disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 成人患者（年龄≥18岁）； 2. 确诊或临床诊断或拟诊侵袭性霉菌病； 3. 计划接受艾沙康唑治疗且负荷剂量期间使用静脉注射剂型； 4. 同意接受艾沙康唑治疗药物监测；

Inclusion criteria

1.Adult patients (aged >=18 years); 2.Proven, probable, or possible invasive mold disease; 3.Scheduled to receive isavuconazole therapy with an intravenous formulation during the loading phase; 4.Agreement to undergo therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) for isavuconazole;

排除标准：

1. 已知对艾沙康唑过敏或有超敏反应； 2. 妊娠试验阳性或正在哺乳； 3. 3个月内参与其他临床试验； 4. 正在进行透析或者体外膜肺氧合治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Known allergy or hypersensitivity to isavuconazole;
2.Positive pregnancy test or ongoing lactation;
3.Participation in another clinical trial within the past 3 months;
4.Receiving dialysis or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation;
