研究目的：

1. 主要研究目的：探索短期吸气肌训练对心肺适能下降且BR%升高的成年人群VO2peak的影响。 2. 次要研究目的：探索短期吸气肌训练对心肺适能下降且BR%升高的成年人群对BR%和MIP的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective:? To investigate the effect of short-term inspiratory muscle training on VO?peak in adults with decreased cardiorespiratory fitness and elevated breathing reserve (BR%). 2. Secondary Objectives:? To investigate the effects of short-term inspiratory muscle training on breathing reserve (BR%) and maximal inspiratory pressure (MIP) in adults with decreased cardiorespiratory fitness and elevated BR%.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-64岁（包含界值）之间；
2.无规律运动习惯；
3.完成CPET且呼吸交换率≥ 1.1；
4.VO2peak ＜85% pred；
5.BR%（男性＞49.9%，女性＞57%）；
6.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 18 and 64 years (inclusive). 2.No regular exercise habits. 3.Completion of a cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) with a respiratory exchange ratio (RER) >= 1.1. 4.VO?peak < 85% of the predicted value. 5.Breathing reserve (BR%) > 49.9% for males or > 57% for females. 6.Provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在传染性疾病； 2.存在冠心病、心力衰竭、肺动脉高压、瓣膜性心脏病、心肌病、严重室性心律失常、心肌炎或心包炎； 3.存在严重呼吸系统疾病，如慢性阻塞性肺疾病或严重哮喘； 4.未控制的甲状腺功能亢进或减退； 5.严重贫血； 6.严重电解质紊乱； 7.严重高血压； 8.未控制的糖尿病； 9.肝功能、肾功能或心肌酶异常； 10.心电图、超声心动图或颈动脉超声检查结果异常； 11.存在运动试验的绝对禁忌证； 12.运动期间出现异常心血管和呼吸反应。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of infectious diseases.
2.History of coronary artery disease, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, severe ventricular arrhythmia, myocarditis, or pericarditis.
3.Presence of severe respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or severe asthma.
4.Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
5.Severe anemia.
6.Severe electrolyte disturbances.
7.Severe hypertension.
8.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
9.Abnormal liver function, renal function, or cardiac enzymes.
10.Abnormal findings on electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, or carotid ultrasound.
11.Presence of absolute contraindications to exercise testing.
12.Occurrence of abnormal cardiovascular or respiratory responses during exercise.
