本研究旨在启动一项“基于医院健康体检人群的综合健康状况与风险因素回顾性队列研究”，核心目标即是通过系统性的数据治理与科学的队列构建方法，将本中心沉淀的历史体检数据转化为一个结构清晰、质量可控的科研级回顾性队列.系统评估该人群的综合健康状况与风险因素谱  

Objectives of Study：

The present study is designed to launch a retrospective cohort study on comprehensive health status and risk factors among a hospital-based health examination population. The central goal is to convert the historical physical examination data stored in our center into a clearly structured, quality-controllable, research-grade retrospective cohort by means of systematic data governance and rigorous cohort building approaches.Systematically assess the comprehensive health status and risk factor profile of this population.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 >= 18 周岁； 2. 基线体检资料核心变量（见入组资料收集）完整度 >= 80%； 3. 体检后在本院信息系统中有至少一次的后续医疗活动记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Completeness of core variables in baseline health examination data (see enrollment data collection) >= 80%; 3. At least one subsequent medical activity record in the hospital's information system after the health examination.

排除标准：

1. 基线时已明确患有本研究关注的终点疾病（如已确诊冠心病、恶性肿瘤等，具体根据后续分析的疾病定义而定）； 2. 因数据严重缺失或逻辑错误无法进行有效分析。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who were clearly diagnosed with the outcome diseases of interest at baseline (e.g., confirmed coronary heart disease, malignant tumor, etc., as specifically defined according to the disease definitions in subsequent analyses); 2. Patients who cannot be effectively analyzed due to severe missing data or logical errors in the data.
